For this project, I created and illustrated a character that embodied a variation of traits. I wanted to create a relatable yet amusing personality for my character, named Mikey the Rodent. Mikey is a chaotic neutral anti-hero with love as his weakness and smoking as his strength. I created a relaxed and casual environment to play up his aloof nature while also hinting at his disdain for life. I used a muted and neutral color palette to emphasize Mikey’s lukewarm persona and added in a paper texture to reinforce his rough nature.
